"Mountains Praise the Glory of the Lord"

One of the most amazing sights in the Pacific Northwest is the view of Mount Rainier. It is magnificent and every time I see it I am reminded of the magnificence of God's creative powers.

I wanted to portray the feeling I felt when I looked at the mountain. For me it was like the mountain was rising up to praise the Lord. The Bible describes it best:

You will go out in joy and be led forth in peace;

the mountains and hills will burst into song before you,

and all the trees of the field will clap their hands.

Isaiah 55:12
